How do you program my review link?
At checkout you'll enter your business name and Google review link. We program the chip, tap-test it, and ship it ready to use. If you'd rather send the link later, just email it to sales@optiqservice.com with your order number.
What if I don't know my Google review link?
Order anyway - we'll email you a quick guide to finding it, or find it for you if you share your business name and city.
Do my customers need an app or a QR code?
No. NFC reading is built into modern iPhones and Android phones. Customers just hold their phone near the card and their review page opens. A printed QR code is available as an optional backup, but it's never required.
Does it guarantee 5-star reviews?
No - nothing legitimately can. The card makes leaving a review much easier; what customers write is always up to them. Great service does the rest.
